Fine country house 5km north of Sintra with open views of the hills and Palace and 7km from beaches.

5 bedrooms ensuite (3 doubles, 2 twins).

3 apartments with living room, one bedroom and bathroom (2 with kitchenette for light meals), each for 2/4 people.

All have TV, phone, ensuite bathroom or shower and central heating. Dining room, large terrace, mature terraced garden, swimming pool about 10x6m with terrace and shower, generally many shady private areas.

Ample car parking. Charming Portuguese owners most welcoming with much local knowledge. Many typical inexpensive restaurants within 2km. Excellent base for visiting historic Sintra (also frequent rail service into Lisbon) and touring the region or just stay put and relax...

Age restrictions apply at some properties (either at the owner's request or because on inspection we judged them necessary) and are indicated accordingly. 'Infant' or 'baby' means 3 years or less, 'child' more than 3 years to 12 years and 'adult' more than 12 years.
