Renovated cottage in grounds of lovely old country house (charming, discreet lady owner resident) in heart of country at Cerro do Alportel, north west of Sao Bras. Enter through arch then left into compact open plan living/dining room/kitchenette with electric hob, small oven, fridge/freezer, door and steps down to terrace overlooking orchard and hillside beyond. All 6 hectares of enclosed land are yours for the exploring. Twin bedroom, dressing room with divan for child (supplement), shower room.
Enviable mature gardens, old cork oak and palm trees (must be well over 100 years old each), bread oven, old oil press, just wander through archways and along cobbled paths or sit and contemplate in the shade.
Up external stairs onto large terrace and second bedroom as required, another twin with ensuite tiled shower room. This area is not for unsupervised children and is not let separately from cottage.
Exclusive use of pool about 9x4m with extensive terraces, separate covered seating/eating area, country views. Utility room with electric water heater, storage and washing machine.
Linen (except beach/pool towels) provided. Maid service once weekly, weekly linen change. Perfect rural peace, privacy and superb views, yet still convenient for local market towns, Faro and beaches. Minimum booking 7 nights, Preferred arrival Saturday 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement.
