Recently renovated cottage well located on street corner a stone's throw from sea at Vila Cha, fishing village about 20km north of Porto. Available on its own or as additional accommodation to Rosetta, just around the corner.
Excellent beach and range of local shops, bars and restaurants. Porto and large resorts of Vila do Conde or Povoa de Varzim (15km further north) easily accessible by car or bus.
High standard of presentation. Access from street into sitting room with TV and CD music system (no cassettes), off which excellent fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob with extractor hood, built in appliances (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher). On other side of sitting room door to corridor and master double bedroom ensuite bathroom with separate shower cabinet, TV and fitted wardrobes; second double with fitted wardrobes; shower room. Door from kitchen to enclosed area with upper terrace with outdoor furniture and sea view, pedestrian door to street, barbecue and parking area accessed by motorised gates.
Linen and towels (except beach/pool towels) provided. Maid service and linen/towel change weekly. Central heating throughout (supplement). Ideal for seaside holiday or as base for exploring coast and countryside, summer or winter. Saturday arrival preferred 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement. Minimum booking 3 nights (7 July/August).
