Idyllic rural cottage above Outeiro village about 8km north east of Viana do Castelo with local shops and restaurants and main facilities and beaches at Viana do Castelo.
House is up unmade track at head of valley overlooking sweeping wooded countryside with houses dotted around and views down to Outeiro in distance. Absolute peace, quiet and serenity and makes an excellent retreat. Orchard and lots of space. Covered barbecue and eating area, pool about 6x3m with terrace, more land to rear climbing steeply to top of hill.
All quite simple and traditional. At front covered terrace with deep shade and doors from living room, which has seating area around open fireplace with TV, small bar, dining table and chairs and table football game. Off this is compact kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, stone walls and tiled floors. Shower room off living room.
Upstairs to landing then in either direction one double bedroom, each ensuite shower room. One is larger with wardrobe and window over front, second is smaller.
Linen (except beach/pool towels) provided. Maid service weekly and weekly linen change. Equally suitable for 2 couples or 2 adults and 2 children. Preferred arrival Saturday 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement. Minimum booking 5 nights, except 7 mid-June to mid-September.
