This lovely old Minho house built on 2 floors dates from around 1890 and has been lovingly renovated to provide a supremely comfortable home with many rare and precious features. Mature gardens with lawns, fruit trees, covered eating area and 12x6m pool (depth 0.8-1.8m) with steps. A relocated and restored granary provides both pool shower and WC and via ladder and trapdoor a summer bedroom with twin beds for guests to fool around in, but also treated as extra beds for 2 adults for larger parties.
Inside on ground floor is huge recreation room with pool and games tables, TV, open fireplace and seating area and a bathroom. Upstairs to main living/dining room with TV, open fireplace and balcony with views over village, kitchen with gas/electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and larder. Also on this floor 1 double bedroom ensuite shower, separate shower room, two further double bedrooms, one with cot, then one twin ensuite shower and double aspect with door to false balcony over garden.
Linen (except beach/pool towels) provided. Maid service weekly and weekly linen change. Central heating available. Car parking area. Superb property demanding absolute respect. Preferred arrival Saturday 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement. Minimum booking 5 nights, except 7 mid-June to mid-September.
