Superior apartment in Vila Cha, seaside fishing village about 20km north of Porto, and within walking distance of Rosetta and Praia, the three available together for groups of 14 people.

Excellent beach and range of local shops, bars and restaurants. Porto and large resorts of Vila do Conde or Povoa de Varzim (15km further north) easily accessible by car or bus. Apartment is attached to main house where charming Portuguese owners live. Shared use of superb indoor family pool about 10 x 5m, saline treated with children's area, jacuzzi, sauna and showers. Mature garden with lawns.

Entrance up half-tiled stairs with child safety gate at top to accommodation. Comfortable living/dining room has fireplace, music system, TV. Through arch to kitchen with breakfast area, fitted units and full range of built-in appliances: multigrill, oven, gas coverglass hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Off living room is lobby with built in storage leading to 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms and bathroom with shower cabinet. Heating by woodburner and portable gas heater. (supplement). Ceiling fan in living room. Living room has sliding doors to large terrace. Downstairs is additional double bedroom ensuite shower room.

Excellent presentation. Rural views over small farm operated by the owners. Linen and towel (except beach/pool towels) provided. Maid service and linen/towel change weekly. Car parking area. Ideal for seaside holiday or as peaceful base for exploring coast and countryside. Saturday arrival preferred 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement. Minimum booking 3 nights (7 July/August).
