Apartment 37 is on the 3rd floor of an C18th building (regret no elevator) in Alfama, one of the oldest parts of Lisbon. The decor is a mix of traditional and modern and it's bright and sunny, which you can enjoy from inside or relaxing on one of the 2 terraces, while watching the river or the cats sleeping on nearby rooftops. It's a short walk from the other picturesque neighbourhoods of Baixa and Chiado and in the vicinity you have all kinds of shops and links by train to the beaches

The accommodation provides two bedrooms with double beds (140cm wide), one of them with access to one terrace; one bedroom with bunk beds; living room with sofa bed (140cm wide) with satellite TV, DVD and music system and access to the second terrace; dining area with breakfast bar; anteroom with sofa bed; kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher; bathroom with tub; shower room

The basic occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children, with the sofa beds allowing up to three extra people. Electric Heating. UMTS (3G) internet connection with USB plug on request (EUR 10.00 per day)

Linen, towels and final cleaning included, plus weekly cleaning if your stay is for more than 7 nights
